We currently only ship via UPS to the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and France.

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timeframe we advertise, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and that it contains all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or flat numbers, and routing information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or misdelivered items if the address information provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase. We ship via UPS. However, other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Processing time

All orders are subject to a processing time which is distinct from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been removed from our processing centre by the relevant carrier. Once your payment has been authorized and verified, standard orders can still take up to 4 working days to process. This is an estimate only and does not take into account weekends and public holidays

Shipping rates and times

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the data subject does not requested their deletion or, where applicable, as long as the commercial relationship between the parties is maintained as of the last confirmation of interest of the User, in such cases they must be destroyed or returned to their controller; the same destination must be given to any support or documents containing any personal data subject to processing. All this without to the existence of a legal provisions that requires the retention of certain data or that these may be useful in the event of a claim arising from the provision of agreed services.

Delivery Policy

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a credit or reshipment. Sarahjosis.com does not guarantee liability for packages that have been reported as “delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.

Delivery claims

If you have not been delivered or if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the carrier used). Sarahjosis.com does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as having been delivered.

Out of stock items

If your order consists of several items and one (or more) of the items is out of stock, we will contact you to make the best arrangements for your shipment.

Rights reserved regarding shipping

While we make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our data, Sarahjosis.com reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event that we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

In addition, Sarahjosis.com reserves the right to define and limit, refuse and/or cancel customer orders at any time due to: Irregular or excessive return history; An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items;
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Sarahjosis.com reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or reject returns (in-store and online)
for any customer or entity due to actions similar to those mentioned above.
